Actor Tristan Rogers

has passed away at age 79. He was mostly known for playing Robert Scorpio on the soap General Hospital for many years. He also was the voice for the Outback Steakhouse commercials for quite awhile. Another of my favorite Aussie entertainers gone, lost to cancer.

Rest In Peace Tristan.

I remember him from the Luke and Laura, Anna and Scorpio, Ice Princess days. Everybody I knew was into General Hospital back then. It was the hottest thing going.

daughter. I adored his scenes with Kimberly McCullough when she played Robert and Anna's daughter. Especially when she was a little girl.

The day Luke and Laura reunited after he thought she was dead, but she had instead been held captive by the Cassadines, you could hear clapping and cheering from every dorm on campus. 🤣
