7. On eBay, I bought a piece of junk mail

addressed to Eddie Vedder (lead singer of Pearl Jam). It was "returned to sender," and a guy working in the Seattle post office put it up for sale. Dummy me bought it.

11. A yellow referee's flag

I bought a pair of them to play a joke on people I bowl against. Sometimes, when a member of the other team gets a strike they'll let out a yell or do a little dance coming off the lane. I pull out the flag and throw it in their direction and say "There's a flag on the play for unsportsmanlike conduct. 15-pin penalty and loss of frame." I'll wait for the shock on the face to fade and then say "After further review, the call is overturned."

Believe it or not, it gets a lot of laughs from those on our lanes and the lanes next to us.
