So I received a message

Don’t know from where offering me a job and telling me that I would be an asset to their PR. The pay offer was not too shabby,😀
I suspect this is a new scam so I deleted it immediately. In hindsight I would should have copied it to post here.
Be wary of new scams.

Linked-In. I banned a guy because I thought he was fake. You can't un-ban.

I still get offers to collect inheritances if I'll just cooperate by giving my bank account.

Way below my pay grade.

I’m thinking why would you contact me for a stupid job like that? Delete.

that were scams. I just got a collection agency scam Friday. First one of those. I haven't gotten a threat from the FBI or SSA scams so far.

Hope that's the end of it for you.

The best I can do is ignore calls from numbers I don't recognize and report the texts as scams without replying. Maybe those actions are good assertiveness training!

I’m semi-retired. Often, these inquiries indicate the sender is impressed with my resume. I haven’t drafted a resume since 1992!

Into the trash they go. Same with unknown phone numbers and voicemails.

Why bother with garbage?
