I don't like AI archiving everything. The list becomes long and I can't find previous posts.

I found an add-on that archives the whole AI query, saves to html, and opens in browser just like original (though it's not active at that point, though AI won't reengage.

It's called SingleFile. I could save this page with it, or any other, and then can sort them topically to relevant folders, or a master AI folder for general topics. It even gives the html file a name at the top.

Once installed, simply navigate to the webpage you want to save, wait for it to fully load, and then click the SingleFile button in your browser's toolbar to archive it into a single, self-contained HTML file, preserving images, CSS, and other elements."

1. Do you mean there's a DU AI that archives posts?

I don’t think that’s what’s happening, rather it’s just normal forum settings. That being said, I get it about old posts not being easily findable. A couple of other workarounds are to use the thread bookmark feature or to reply to a post so you can then find it in your own journal.

NB: I’m not a huge fan of the search feature myself. I can remember the generic content and tone of a post but never the right words for search to find it.
