The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsGood morning my humble DU family,
To be in the presence of greatness has always been humbling to me. Whether meeting my favorite baseball player, s phlebotomist who drew six vials of blood and I didn't feel a prick, or a teacher who made me care about social issues or a great nurse or doctor who's caring was plain for all to see, I've always felt awe in their midst.
I feel that way with you.
Have a fantastic day filled with opportunities to be in the presence of greatness today, and if course, to be great!
Love, John

Literally no one answered the phone all day there yesterday.
Thank you so much for asking Scrivener7.
I hope your day was much more enjoyable.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
