Good morning my wonderful DU family,
Sometimes the heaviness of life makes finding positive and hopeful things to focus on very difficult.
I've been in one of those places for the last couple of weeks with no light visible at the end of any tunnel.
It is times like this that I'm reminded that I really need to step outside myself and find ways to give as a remedy.
Please enjoy today as an adventure, seeking the smiles, laughter, and pure joy that are found most commonly in children, and let those sights and sounds awaken that very response in ourselves.
