I am in Houston, understand about waiting for hurricanes.

Stay safe.

Walking Dead looks good tonight.

Stay safe.

Off to vote early voting.

Hurricanes suck.

low-priority -- so I had been in no rush nor had I false hopes that they would be done quickly.

But sure enough, 10 minutes before the end of "The Walking Dead", when the usual climactic
cliff-hanger was looming... a tech AND a nurse came in within a couple of minutes of one
another to each do one of those two things.

I explained how I had been looking forward to that show all week and asked them to slip me
in ASAP after the show... knowing full well that I might have blown my chances to get those
things done at all on that shift.

They understood... and both of them came back within about 15-20 minutes.
