We're taking the tour also
My wife and I have started the required downsizing (just getting rid of all the junk so far) and took the tour of four retirement places this summer because we know that is the future. I've been told to do planning now rather than wait for an emergency (probably medical) and end up in a place that don't like. There is a waiting list for the nicer places so we got "on the list" at a couple of places.
