I got this email from Culver’s restaurant for their Curderburger, which apparently makes an appearance for Oktoberfest. That’s a huge patty of cheese curds, breaded and deep-fried before placement atop that hamburger patty. I feel compelled to ask our resident gourmand whether he’d take on this gut-bomb or act prudently and turn away from it.
