(18,889 posts)He snagged a turkey leg off a neighbors flaming habachi grill twice. My neighbor threatened to shoot him if he did it again. I told him Id call the cops and he decide guarding the grill was a better option. Seems he had a warrant out for his arrest. I miss that cat.

(23,201 posts)I was once at a fenced in neighborhood dog park and a friends' beagle snuck out under the fence and took a sausage off a grill. The picnickers were stunned. He ate it and came back into the park.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
