frozen fries, cheese curds, and leftover onion gravy. 🤗

(805 posts)But the best poutine we had was when we took a scenic route from Idaho.
It was a little lodge restaurant on a lake.
It was loaded with mushrooms and cheese curds. Very yummy.

(5,827 posts)I live in Kansas but visited Vancouver Island once years ago. I drove from Victoria to Nanaimo before crossing back to the mainland and then down to Seattle (work trip). It was all very scenic, I had High Tea in Victoria and saw an underwater display from a barge thingy...Butterfly Zoo was cool...Enjoyed the drive with great nature views and totem poles...

(14,383 posts)I take it, when the wife is home, poutine is not routine?
(I actually would have guessed that you would go for a couple of chili dogs, heavy on the onions.)
