3. OMG! i REMEBER THIS....

I remember hearing Mel Brooks talking with Terri Gross on Fresh Air about how Gene Wilder had this 'musical number' for Young Frankenstein and Mel didn't like the idea, but Wilder persisted until Brooks could see how HILARIOUS it was.... so it made its way into the movie. THEN THEY PLAYED IT.

I was just pulling in to my carport from work and listening............... and I LAUGHED TILL I CRIED, listening to the end

DAMN NEAR PISSED MY PANTS! What a funny bit!!
