I've lost 2 friends to motorcycle accidents.

One just this week, the other (my best friend since grade one) happened in 2009. I will never get on a bike. But I won't judge those that do enjoy them.

3. My co-worker took over my beat after I retired and was killed by intoxicated driver on that route shortly after that

I rode for 10 years until I was 30. I’m lucky to be alive.
