because I had too many pictures on them. Ironically most of the pictures I never looked at anyway.

My flip phone battery died and my cell phone provider told me they sell the phone, but not any replacement battery. I switched to another provider in a huff.

batteries you can replace. You will notice there is now access panel to get to the battery. The cell phone manufacturers figure most people will replace their phone before the battery gets to the point of not holding a charge....for the most part they are correct...however, I like to keep my phone as long as possible without switching so I have been in that situation once or twice.

To make it last longer, you can limit how frequently it charges fully. There's a setting in Android (and I think a similar one in iPhone) that will pause charging before it reaches 100%. My phone is set at 85% but I switch back to 100% when I'm on a trip because charging is not always convenient away from home.
