Enjoying a Caribbean Millionaire tonight.

Dark rum, créme de banane, apricot brandy, lemon juice, and a dash of sloe gin. I don’t have apricot brandy, so I substituted pear brandy. Yummy!

Jamaica is too touristy.

Cayman is quiet. Not a lot to do. That’s the way I like it. Calm, quiet, no frantic touristy activities that one feels obligated to cram into a weekend or whatever.

Peaceful nights. The surf. Lazy, restful days.
