I had one that died during a seizure after many months (and $s) of trying to medicate.

But I've had several friends who have various levels that are living well.

They are really ... smart just doesn't do it justice. They know a lot of things. But it's an alien intelligence too, not like mammals.

We had a cockapoo who was epileptic. It was a challenge for all of us but she received great medical care and lived to the ripe old age of 14.
