True story.

I was shopping for a few items at WalMart.

Had them in the basket thingee in front of the handle where stuff always falls out.

So I'm halfway up an aisle, and heard the distinctive "THWACK" of something hitting the floor.

Looked down, saw nothing.

Backed the cart up, nothing there

Looked up and down under the bottom of the racks on the floor.

Nothing.

MAYBE IT BOUNCED???

Looked on the bottom shelf up and down, both sides.

Nothing.

Double checked to see what was missing.

A round plastic shampoo bottle.

So I gave up.

Did a U-turn up the next aisle to go back and get another.

There it was, laying dead center in the middle of the next aisle.
