5. My brother loved that. When we interred his ashes this past May his best friend played part of it on tape.

6. There's a radio station in Chicago called WXRT that plays it every Thanksgiving.

Sometimes multiple times. Tomorrow they'll be playing it about noon (local time) as part of an album sides day.

"You can get anything you want at Alice's restaurant (excepting Alice)."

8. It was a holiday tradition in my family.

Once we sat down and said Grace, my uncle would drop the needle. We would listen to it as we started.

I still play it every Thanksgiving, even though I have not had a real one for a few decades now.
