Sometimes getting started is the most difficult part of an entire journey, and as I struggle to grieve Rory's death and the magnitude of his loss, I'm struggling to start.
Please give me a day filled with opportunities to "start", whatever that looks like and help those of us that are stuck, find a single step to take.
Have a beautiful day,
Love, John

I have found that grief has its own very profound wisdom. If you flow with it, don't avoid it, but also trust it, it will come as you can handle it.
Trust that whatever you feel right now is what you need to feel right now. Watch for the "start" but don't worry that it's not here yet.
