The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support Forums☃️ I just saw something on a commercial I'd never know/thought about.
Not being from where we regularly build snow men Id never thought of this.
They used two 2x4s or 2x6s to roll the middle ball of the snowman on top of the bottom one. BIG snowman. The base ball mustve been 4 feet high.
Is that common where they build a lot of snowmen?

(3,724 posts)a commercial that has a few Rube Goldberg style examples of how not to do something. Can't remember what they're selling, but the examples are amusing.

(195,560 posts)The only things I really pay attention to in those ads are the possible side effects (while everyone in the commercial is extremely happy and carefree).

(1,163 posts)As a kid, I never thought of using boards to make the snowman. Brilliant idea.
I like see how others do things in other ways we haven't thought about.
