For my first time ever I put a single sock on the laundry, not part of

a pair. I will let you know if it comes out a singleton when I do my laundry. 1/6 of the time I get an odd number of socks back from the laundry I do, and I always put in pairs. This is science. A hypothesis.

Should I wash/dry them all and give them to an organization that provides them for those who are needy? The problem I feel with that is I am giving cast off socks and should be providing new ones.

Whadya think?
