31. I am flying out alone on Christmas day

To spend a week with my adult daughters, grandkids, and great grandkids. So wondering if I should pack some food or hope that Portland airport has some food. I have layover there for a few hours.

Why fly on the holiday? My way of spending 1/2 with hubby who didn’t want to go, we are going to Christmas play on Christmas Eve and will have Christmas morning together.
