Temperature? Sea level or altitude where I live? Really, though, it does make a difference...

Coffee pour-overs are also a craft if you ask any barista. LOL

When I make iced tea I make five cups of water and four tea bags, and steep it for about 20 minutes. Then I fill a 1/2 gallon bottle almost halfway with ice, and pour the tea over that. It's fairly strong but not bitter. I like doing this because I can mix different varieties of tea.

I don't drink coffee. Tea has a history going back millennia, a much more civilized beverage IMHO.
