Even as a kid, I thought he was too corny, over-the-top and not funny. For some reason, I absolutely HATED Mr. Green Jeans. I have no idea why, though. The poor guy was probably harmless.

Grizzly Adam's, Ben the Bear, who was played by Bozo the bear which was a female Kodiak bear.

I never heard of Gentle Ben until I read the responses but I looked it up and Gentle Ben was male black bear named Bruno. So, two separate bears on each television shows.






Fred (the goat) Little House on the Prairie Season 3 Ep. 8


This was the only episode that Fred starred in as far as I know. It was the most hilarious episode ever!







Old Blue (the mule) from The Walton's


Here's Judy Norton talking about all the animals that they had on set if anyone is interested. She specifically talks about Old Blue the mule timestamp from 3:30 to about 4:30.





There was also Rover the Peacock from The Walton's too.
