9. I miss my cats so much

I could take on some geriatric cats from the Humane Society, but my vision is so rotten that I'd risk stepping on them and injuring them or tripping over them and breaking my other hip.

Getting old sucks and being deprived of feline companionship is one of the worst parts of it.
