Good morning my DU family,

I know silliness and playfulness are in seemingly short supply these days with all that going on.
Please remember how important laughter and play is to our emotional and all around well being.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to laugh joyfully and play with the enthusiasm of a child and to encourage others to do the same.

Have a silky puddy day, make something cool with it.
Love, John

Today is my busy day, lol which means gone most of day to Better Bones and Balance class then drive to Ashland OR for my Lord of the Rings class.

Learning all kinds of new things about Tolkien I didn’t know, like he was best friends with CS Lewis. Class taught by retired English professor from back east.

I find being around others community and exercise helps keeps me from doom and gloom.
