unfortunately, I think I'm replacing the meat with just as unhealthy other things. I'll make a big salad for dinner and not have anything else but I use a lot of dressing and throw in olives and croutons and sometimes some tuna or a few slices of pepperoni and cheese and I doubt it's doing me any good. I've been doing this for about a week and half and I'm getting grumpy at dinner-time lol...at elast I have cut out almost all bread for a while...I doubt I will stay with that though. I love bread.

pepperoni is meat, so replacing meat with pepperoni is not replacing it with "just as unhealthy other things" It is replacing it with just as unhealthy the same thing. sorta kinda.

yep - i meant in the cutting back way as far as Pepperoni goes. A few slices of that is way less meat than I would ordinarily eat at a normal supper.

Compared to the number of green olives and the quarts of Green Goddess dressing, the pepperoni hardly register..

I tried some no-calorie asian sesame/ginger dressing but I didn't like it. The flavor was weird. Walden? Waldorf's? SOmethign with a W.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh!

THAT's probably what made it suck. The W.

For many years, I ate one meal a day and that was in the evening so when I did eat, it was like combining breakfast, lunch and dinner into one meal.

I know that's not healthy and I'm trying to improve my eating habits by having apples, carrots and/or celery during the day but I don't eat them 'cause I'm hungry, I'm not, I eat them so I don't consume so much food at one time in the evening.

By the time the meat is heated through, the vegetables have experienced a mutation incident from being nuked so thoroughly that they are unrecognizable.

The "Tv Dinner" is specifically a frozen meal, but it MUST be put in a metal container. Microwave safe means Microwave Meal, not TV Dinner

A TV dinner (also called a frozen dinner, frozen meal, microwave meal, or ready meal)
is a prepackaged frozen or chilled meal that usually comes as an individual portion.
It requires very little preparation and contains all the elements for a single-serving meal.

The USDA has a standard for that which dictates the minimum number of peas and carrot chunks per serving. The shit's gross to begin with, but why does it need a standard?

As for the TV dinner, most of them contain at least 9 pubic hairs just to be sure they are in compliance.

On Edit: Oh, and don't eat at Taco Bell. They exceed the minimum pubic hair requirements but not on purpose.

For what it's worth, the serenader doing the caterwauling on that song has a Moxie sign hanging in his kitchen.

that bad off during the reign of Tricky Dick, but I was in my "I only eat certain things" phase. For me it was TV dinners and spice cake with chocolate frosting. And I drank store-brand ginger ale or Moxie almost exclusively during the same time. Yes, you could get Moxie in Minnesota then. I was a weird tween and now I am a weird (certified Asperger's) adult.
