Just like last year, the contribute page will not let me buy a star membership!

I am on my back in a nursing home and can't really write anymore, so I can't easily send a check. When I try to pay for a star membership, the stupid payment site won't let me get past the address form. It suggests the extended zip code after I put in my zip, but when I include the extended version it still blocks me, suggesting again that I include the extended zip code.

Now it says it is sending a verification code to my email, but it never does. This also happened last year, and now the ads on DU are even bigger & more aggressive, and it is hard to get them to respond to being X-ed out.

Is anyone else having trouble with buying a star membership online?

2. Kindle. Now I see the verification code is going to the #NURSING HOME'S# phone number, not to my email address!

I don't have a phone in my room, so I don't get the verification number.

Really, DU, can't you get PayPal to make it easier to buy a star membership for those of us with physical limitations?

I was prevented last year, and am also being prevented this year.

7. Agree about the PayPal push.

Last year I somehow created a PayPal account while using my credit card and was emailed monthly statements till I found out how to cancel the account.
