Eat ‘em all!
I tend toward the dark, personally, although I wouldn’t cull much where it comes to chocolate.

Very few make it with milk chocolate, I usually have to make my own.
Trader Joes "Pound Plus" bars are my favorite.
Galaxy is still the best, but only found in English stores.
Toblerone a good third.

Most of the time I have little desire for chocolate but when the crave hits I’ll splurge away. Just recently, I craved chocolate espresso beans. Wait, I think I’m having another urge.

I know dark chocolate is better for you, but I only eat it if it's mixed with something else , i.e., Mounds or York Peppermint Patty. It tastes bitter to me otherwise. On the cruise I went on in November, I had the best dessert I ever had on a cruise ship, or maybe even my entire life. It was dark chocolate coconut mousse (dark chocolate cream with crunchy coconut).

I love chocolate so much I give it up for Lent every year and trust me, that is a sacrifice. The first cruise I went on with my aunt and uncle was to the Panama Canal in 2017. They had a chocolate fountain onboard that I could only look at longingly because it was during Lent. I spent a lot of time just standing there looking at it.

..Morsels or what-ever-they-call them? They are about 40 percent cheaper by weight than a candy bar.
(Candy bars are ridiculously expensive nowadays!)

Not with vodka, but with pure alcohol. I've been doing it for years. No glycerin solids or additives of any kind and with the freshest roasted coffee beans.
It's got the original Kahlua flavor and made the old Mexico way.
I give it out to friends and family.
