The beat is so happy.
There are Bossa Nova covers on You tube.
Simple 3 step forward with a little hip action.
Great for balance.

Incidentally, the song guaranteed to get people off their butts and dancing around has to be '"Whammer Jammer" by J Geil's band . If that song doesn't get a person moving, check their pulse.
