The DU Lounge

?si=1YSlE9geJn2n1KWwThis song was the first thing that popped into my head this morning.
At least no one asked me today, if I play the #2 a lot in lotto as my birthday is 2-22-1962. I used to, but I gave up trying. 🤣

(963 posts)You've got me by two days. I was born, so I am told, on February 24, 1962. Honestly, I do not remember and my parents did have a history of lying to me (Santa Claus comes immediately to mind). They did give me a document supporting this claim.
Happy 64th anniversary of your birth.
BlueKota
(5,248 posts)That's a good point about parents lying about Santa. Not to mention the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny. My birth certificate didn't get filed until a later date. My mother's obgyn was drunk as a skunk that night. Apparently he had a reputation for that. The nurse had to deliver me, and then he even forgot to file the certificate. Luckily the hospital had internal records kept by the administrators, and the Catholic Church, had my baptismal records so the City Clerk was able to issue my certificate.

(7,796 posts)'Burpday' as in the first day you burped outside the womb.
(And your mother just thought she had indigestion?)
Go paint the town red, chat up some young people of your preferred gender.
