It's on the CW affiliate in my area. About 15-20 minutes in, all of a sudden, the channel was playing a CBS program, "Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage." At first I thought one of the cats changed the channel, which they do from time to time. I have a habit of leaving the remote either by my side on the couch or the arm of the couch. When one of them steps on it, the channel gets changed or the remote gets turned off or worst of all, the cable gets changed to an auxiliary setting and it takes me 10-15 minutes to figure out how to get the cable back. But it was not the cat. I looked at the CBS channel and it was showing "Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage." Both channels were showing it simultaneously. About 20 minutes later, "Scrabble" came back on. By that time, I pretty much lost interest.
I've never seen anything like that happen before. It was weird.

(43,034 posts)I hate it when a kitty does that. I have the worst time getting it back.
But I have no explanation for what happened to you. Very odd.

(1,186 posts)But Im right with you on the cats stepping on the remote and almost always to a setting where I struggle to figure out how to get back to what I watching!

(3,926 posts)Didn't realize their mistake for most of the programs run (the scrabble is a half hour show, yes?).
That, or the scrabble show had something unflattering about t coming up, and they were told to interrupt it.

I dont know what happened but it was weird. You don't usually get a show on one network get preempted by another show on a competely different network.
