Good morning my DU family,

Most days, one of my favorite moments in it will be the EPIC struggle between writing the morning post and Cuddles getting his proper head wash from my goatee so that I've paid proper homage to him before he saunters off to sleep the day away lol.

I've been guilty in the past of taking things like this for granted, even getting irritated in years past when these precious opportunities conflicted with my selfish need for I can't remember what.

I feel so much richer, more fulfilled, when I give myself fully to each moment so you had to wait an extra ten minutes to read this lol.

Please give us a day filled with many small but significant moments that we can treasure and fully experience simply by slowing down a little.

Have a momentous day DU.
Love, John

At this moment, I have my two dogs beside me. They are sleeping and they are beautiful in their peaceful innocence.
