and I like finding things like this to make up for all the times they have to explain to me what the hell they're talking about, just for me to end up saying "Ohhhhh! You mean a _______, that's what we used to call that"

learn the body parts and get some exercise. We bent forward every other time instead of squatting.

Now there's a dance version with DJ Ralphi

That one would actually be fun for an aerobics class

is a play off of "knees and toes."

You know that old song: "Head, shoulders, knees and toes (or Nissan toes)"?

"Head, shoulders, knees and toes". . .

And forgive me for being "that person" but some people have pointed out that the song and other attempts to teach human body parts to young children always manages to leave out genitalia. There was a book written about this omission called, Between Your Navel and Your Knees, and it addresses social attitudes about bodies and sexuality and the way that we fail our children's education in that area practically from the moment they are born.

As a pre-schooler, I attended daycare so my mom could work as a nurse. She worked 6 days a week with Sundays off because the daycare closed that day. When I got the flu and couldn't attend daycare, I was placed in a hospital room where she worked to recover so she could continue to work! Can you imagine that happening today?
Of course, when the war ended, daycare was no longer "good" for children as they needed to be home with their mothers.

Glad you showed up to get your Kicks. That's your Forte, and will forever be part of your Legacy.

Some may think you're Cavalier — perhaps a Rogue or a Maverick. But I'd argue that you're on a Journey (or is it an Excursion) to Lumina your Soul.

I'm going to Bolt now!
