Leaving your eyeless cat at home

My daughter has had blind cats several times in her life. The first thing she'd do when she got home would be to find and hold that cat.

As my wire fox terrier Duncan aged, he lost his vision as he physically failed. Hobbes, our Maine coon, used to walk with him shoulder to shoulder to help him go where he wanted and help him navigate obstacles. Heartbreaking but so sweet.
