If you are pissed as Hell about something, check in here.

You don't even have to say what unless You want to. But I will:

I went to a mental healthprofessional this summer looking for help for some personal issues, looking for competent care and to be treated with respect and dignity. I was made to feel like some kind of criminal, and I have never felt so betrayed, degraded, and humiliated. My rights as defined in Michigan statute law were egregiously violated.

I am pissed as Hell, and I am not taking it. I told this practitioner yesterday to go fuck off, and it felt great. Am currently in the process of exploring recourse under both administrative and civil law.

Revenge, thy name is "Malpractice Attorney". -- probably won't go anywhere, but at least I will have the satisfaction of knowing I tried.

So, how fucking pissed are you?

Stuff to do at home, then I'm hitting the gym later for an hour or so. Weights.

and higher-functioning autistic kids in particular. They are misunderstood and literally treated like criminals. If I had a dollar for every time I have heard, "If he was my kid, I'd just wear his ass out. That'd fix him", I'd be rich.

These children have amazing potential, but there are no good options for their education. They will lose their tempers and throw things. They can't 100% control these behaviors. So the choice is either to let them drop out of school, or keep sending them, knowing that the school system is just chomping at the bit to find a reason to file assault charges. Or, at least that's the way it seems at times.

Sigh.

I have 100 problems. (No offense intended)

I was given a five minute diagnosis of bipolar, after she read the couple page new patient form and asked me a couple of basic questions. I should have checked physician review websites, I would have gotten all kinds of information. Words like bully, thug, uncaring, and cruel flow freely on these sites.

On both sides. I have Fox family members who are rending garments because they think POTUS is giving lazy black people everything and I have GLBT friends here in Indiana preparing for concentrstion camp life because Pence & the GOP have the statehouse.

Everyone is in extreme panic sky-is-falling mode and I just want to hide for a year.

It's okay to disagree on matters of policy if you are well-informed. I appreciate a good argument with FACTS.

But so many people believe things that are simply untrue. It's gotten so much worse, well, really since Fox News started I think.
They think it's okay to laugh at people who need health care and to laugh at people who are in trouble. If you are out of a job, it's your own fault (sometimes it is, but these days, probably not so much). And on and on and on. I'm so pissed at the mean-spiritedness of it.

I am also pissed at someone who did me wrong, although I'm mostly sad.

Sorry you've been treated that way. I hope it works out.
