I have house clothes and wearing outside in public clothes so am constantly changing. Everytime I come home I change into my house clothes. That would be me if I forgot to change into my going out in public clothes.

I try to keep a couple nice outfits for going out. The clothes I wear at home have seen better days. Probably held together by leftover cat hair

Since I have a white dog, if I decide to wear black pants out somewhere, I have to get dressed right before I leave the house Lol

Sometimes she sleeps like that one on her back with the paw up in the air.

The photo of the creek running through the rocks in the woods really spoke to me. Maybe I need to commune with nature today!
Thanks!

I really like the split rail fence with the asphalt paths.

Is that by a golf course?

I like the fall setting with the Italian style column stone fence with the pavers, the yellow mums and the pumpkins too!

I took the picture of the fence and drive when I was walking my granddogs. No golf course. I think there used to be horses in the field.

My friend took the picture with the pumpkins at Stan Hewitt, the Seiblering estate near Akron. She loved to visit and take pictures.

Glad you liked the selection

It's beautiful.

Well now I'm going to have to put Akron, OH on my to-visit list!

Happy Sunday, Marthe!

I'm about to run out of energy for the evening so I wanted to mention a few historic places for you to check out on the internet.

1. The House on the Rock in Spring Green, Wisconsin. It's not 18th or 19th century historic but it is historic.

2. Mathias Ham House in Dubuque, Iowa

3. Sauder Village in Archbold, Ohio. This is a historic village.

4. Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. This is a much larger operating historic village compared to Sauder Village and they actually farm the way our pioneer ancestors did. The Firestone Farm House is located here and it's a working farm with animals, crops and the workers cure the meat and cook in the kitchen. They also have Model T's to ride in and real steam trains.

If you ever decide to visit I would take at least 2 days because the Henry Ford Museum is associated with Greenfield Village but a separate museum all together.

I ran out of gas before you did
I have a friend who works at Sauder Village. My grand kids got to go to Greenfield Village.

I'll look at the other places when I get home.

Spruce Forest Artisan Village in Maryland is another historic place focused on the heritage of the area. It is located near Grantsville. We've stopped 2 or 3 times.

Solo..I disapprove of covens. Too many damn people. And I don’t mean the kind that yells “its a witchhunt!”. That nice woman in Hansel and Gretel I support. It was her damn house. Why are those awful children going and eating it? She seemed nice. A very sympathetic character squinted at the right way.
