Two shots to get the party started. Now, a Seville. Gin, Sherry, orange juice and lemon juice, and some sugar. Yummy! Like all of my recent forays into gin cocktails, very citrusy.

What a horrendous week in clinic.

5. Well

An employee came in my office & claimed that she was offended by what her mgr said & was calling the EEOC.

My future FDIL makes no effort to talk to me or connect. I loved my MIL. The wedding is in 3 months. Its hard being a sons mother. It is what it is.

Always the source of the worst kind of conflict.

I just had a series of chaotic days in clinic. It seems that the emotional tenor of clinic lately reflects the tone of the country as a whole.

It can be debilitating.

Thank goodness for alcohol and days off…

8. Just a lot of cases that make me feel like I'm not as good at clinical medicine

as I think I am.

Just when you think you have the profession knocked, something comes along to keep you humble.

Anyway, I’m good at what I do. And I’ll start over on Monday.
