The description for that video:
A cartoon for a feature film of the same name-1976. The producers were busted, the film shut down and the cartoon was never released...too bad, one of my all time favorite shorts created by Arnie Wong.
I wonder if the film was based on the book of the same name. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1797912.Acapulco_Gold The book was about legalization of marijuana and the ad campaign for the first marijuana cigarette.
The timing would be right - the book was published in 1975. I've still got my copy here somewhere, in my collection of weed & drug literature. It's time may yet come!
