New Glarus Brewing Company's Apple Ale
This beverage is kind of two faced. It wants to be a hard cider at the same time that it wants to be a beer. However, I don't know how they pulled it off, but it... works. It's not too sweet, and the apple and beer kind of balance each other out. It's interesting in a very good way. Put this on my "Would drink again" list. Well done, New Glarus! I know your CEO recently met with the President, and I hope you gave Barack Obama a few bottles of this for him to try.
