How far are you going? Is your phone charged? Did you stretch? Did you tuck in your shoe laces? Is your chain well-lubed?
On edit: Are you back yet? It's been an hour, when are you coming back? Did you see any bears?
I have everything, even a Garmin Nuvii on my handlebars.
10.16 miles. Yes, fully. Yes, I don't want leg cramps or other issues. Ah, I learned that lesson before, no laces, straps and Velcro shoes, bands around the pant legs. Yes.
Yes, I got back about half an hour ago. I actually didn't get out of the driveway until 4:30. No bears in Detroit, they live "up North" in Michigan. We do have these weak, scruffy, pathetic cats known as Lions. Lions just can't win.

I obey the rules. More than I can say for most of the automobile drivers in Detroit.
Hey, that's a good site, I bookmarked it.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
