That one song that speaks to you!

Thank you for the idea for this thread SalmonChantedEvening.

That one ( sometimes two) song(s) that talks to you. One that awakens you. Reminds you of what you are. It/ they are like theme songs for us.
I have become less that what I am, I know it. I have been lost for a couple of years now, maybe even a little longer. But then something came back to me due to finding my song again!

What is your song? That one that is you in a nutshell. That when people you know here it says "That's ______!"

This is mine!

1. My theme song is "God of Emptiness" by Morbid Angel.

I just put this on repeat when I walk around the city in Viking mode.

8. Dire Straits -- "Romeo & Juliet"

I usually don't like "live" versions, but this is one of the most perfect live performaces I've ever seen.

9. There are many.

The top of the list isn't on youtube:

"Scream" by the Young Dubliners.

Here's a few more that have spoken to me, or for me, at times:

10. Aimee Mann: "I've Had It"

Remembering that each day, good or bad is a gift--full of promise and opportunity and that the destination is far less important than the journey.
