Tanqueray is very nice stuff - if you like citrus flavours also worth considering Tanqueray Rangpur, which has rangpur limes among the aromatics.

...wit my mind on my money and my money on my mind....

You should hear the shitkicker arrangement of that song. It gives the phrase "that sucks" a whole new level of meaning.

Reminds me of college and the Ramones song "Somebody Put Somethin' in My Drink"

"Another night out on the street
stopping for my usual seat
Oh bartender please.

Tanqueray tonic's my favorite drink
I don't like anything colored pink
That just stinks, it's not for me"

etc.

There is something about a Martini,
A tingle remarkably pleasant;
A yellow, a mellow Martini;
I wish I had one at present.
There is something about a Martini,
Ere the dining and dancing begin,
And to tell you the truth,
It is not the vermouth--
I think that perhaps it's the gin.

'I like to have a Martini,
Two at the very most;
Three, I'm under the table,
Four I'm under my host!'
