New Alpha-female Manager from Hell with serious emotional problems was making everyone's life miserable marking her territory and bullying those she felt threatened by into submission.
After about the 3rd impromptu scolding during which she shrieked at me for doing what she told me to do the week prior - but which was different from what she wanted at that very moment - I just looked at her and said "I'll go give my notice right now, I'm too old for this shit" and walked out of the room while she sat there with her jaw on the floor.
Packed up my personal items, deleted all the files off my desktop & hard drive, shredded my paper files, and left.
