I just made endive hors d'oevre for dinner.

Take each endive leaf and put half a tsp of philadelphia red pepper cream cheese on each one. Top with a quarter tsp of red pepper jelly. Makes for a zesty & sweet one or two bites. Endives have some kick in them so they need strong flavours to match them. Yummy.
