Could somebody please duct-tape my neighbor's mouth?

The woman below me has been talking loudly for over an hour and every 3rd or 4th word seems to be "mother-f***er.

The talking doesn't bother me, I live in an apartment, I'm used to it, but the constant swearing is driving me crazy,

The woman is African-American, so that would definitely freak her out!
