It's the 10th of January and it's raining in Upper Michigan

There's bare spots in the yard where one can see the grass. I haven't had to do any shoveling this winter yet.

But, then again, exceptional weather does happen, even if rarely.....like the snow we got this last Christmas down here in Texas, where I am now.

I am in Upstate NY and it's been well a bit dry?

But my car is SO much cleaner

It was 28° at 7:30 this morning.

The days have been sunny and in the 50s by 2 PM. I'm beginning to see blades of grass poking through the one 6" snowfall we've had this winter. I should be able to retrieve the reindeer frozen to the ground soon.
