It's the 10th of January and it's raining in Upper Michigan

There's bare spots in the yard where one can see the grass. I haven't had to do any shoveling this winter yet.

1. Strange indeed.

But, then again, exceptional weather does happen, even if rarely.....like the snow we got this last Christmas down here in Texas, where I am now.

I am in Upstate NY and it's been well a bit dry?

But my car is SO much cleaner

3. Raining here in east central Wisconsin too. But we have a foot of snow on the ground.

4. We've had warm weather all week.

It was 28° at 7:30 this morning.

The days have been sunny and in the 50s by 2 PM. I'm beginning to see blades of grass poking through the one 6" snowfall we've had this winter. I should be able to retrieve the reindeer frozen to the ground soon.

5. After the rain and warm temps, there's hardly any snow left in the yard.

The yard's mostly bare now.
