My shoulder's good, and I"m feeling really well today......but some days I feel lousy.

Aw, thank you for doing that! I have a couple of friends who do that, and it makes my day!

This year, we're going to Italy........should get a couple of nice pics..........ya think???

I've used ibuprofen a couple of times, and that's it. Not even ice. I just haven't needed it.

Today I asked my PT lady if I should be pre-medicating before she comes over so I can do more, and she told me that I'm doing great, and am progressing very well.

So, I'm good.

And...... I think you just may be right about Italy!
