She is totally outclassed by the other actors. No spoilers but I'm hoping she isn't long for the series!

She improves measurably so keep watching. How many seasons are on Netflix?

I've watched the first 5 episodes of Season 3. I have the feeling I need to watch from the beginning (Season 1) to really understand what's going on. I'm finding that the jumps in time are getting me confused and irritated. Perhaps it's just the Season 3 storyline, but it's getting annoying.
