I'd have to go with Yoda. Maul got cut in half by a weak Obi Wan, and Obi Wan got beat by a man that was more machine than man, Mace Windu got punked by Palpatine, and Palpatine got beat by an old Vader, and a whiny Luke....so, I must go with Yoda who got taken out by mother nature.
